Where the TV is going to be mounted, on a chimney breast, I currently have a double power socket, ethernet port, and and socket for tunneling (HDMI cables) to side of chimney breast into A/V units. It will be a separate circuit. I am just not sure about the box. I can see that there are many various surface mount outdoor boxes (but I don't want a surface mount) and some special masonry metal boxes. Does it have to be a special masonry box? I was planning on using a junction box over the hole that I drilled so that it looks like a cleaner installation. The wire will only pass through the j-box.
