I figured out how to get the terminals out of the Ranger relay/fuse box. I took the diode and two fuses, 30A and 40A out. I then removed the yellow plastic piece by pusing the two retainers (circled) towards either end and pulling the yellow plastic piece out.

There will be a Red wire from the Starter Solenoid to the Power Distribution box. That is the "main" power wire for the whole vehicle. It has a loose connection, if not on the solenoid then you may have to lift up the power distribution box to get to the under side of it.
